According to St. Louis-based Coldwell Banker Gundaker, green living has now become extremely popular for today's homebuyers. In addition to appliances and windows, Coldwell Banker Gundaker explained that low-flow bathrooms are a big plus. Ideally, efficient shower heads and toilets can limit the amount of water being used. The same goes for tankless water heaters. Added insulation throughout the property can also reduce the monthly utility bills.
