  1. Lender Name Search: The idea is to search high interest rate lenders or whichever lender name you wish to target.

  2. Search on Rate Types ARM, Fixed etc:
    Rate Type..............:

  3. Search on Loan Types VA, FHA, Conventional etc:

  4. Split screen: To find addresses for loans that did not have the address on the deed.
The idea is to find leads that someone else may be skipping because it does take a little extra work. Combine this to any other search option you wish (i.e. any of the searches above). Click the dots in front of the property address area. These dots make the results ordered (sorted) by whichever field you choose.  In this example it will place the loans with blank addresses at the top of the results.
    St Number Street Name
    Property Address.......:

From the results screen click on the borrowers names and this will open a new window with the name in the search already. You can edit the names if you wish, for example removing the middle names or initials. Click submit and when it successfully finds a name, mark the record by clicking the checkbox to the left and click to save the marked record. Continue to do this until you have enough names and addresses to print labels or to export for mail merging.

  5. Direct mail: This wildcard search returns loans with something in the property address field.
Combine this to any other search options you wish (i.e. any of the searches above). In the property address Street Name field place an underscore _ (shift + -).

  6. Telemarketing: Use any of the searches above then click on the find person button located in the second column of every record.  This will open a link to the whitepages.com and search for the telephone number of the owner.

  7. Printing Mailing Labels: Click here

  8. Exporting Names and Addresses: Click here
  9. Absentee owner search: The idea here is to find out-of-state or across town owners. There are two ways to do this...
    a) The first is to add a check to Absentee owners box. This selects properties by comparing the property's zip code against the owner's zip code. If the two zip codes are different, the property will be included in the results. However, if one of the zip codes is blank the property will not be included in the results.
    b) The second is to search for zips outside the range in your area. For instance if in our area the zip codes range from 37000 to 37999.. You must do 2 searches to find all the absentee owners. For the first search, enter Owner's Zip Code..:  to . Then for the second search, enter Owner's Zip Code..:  to
