Dear Carter:

I have been using the CRS system since April, 2002. The division that I run builds new homes on vacant lots throughout middle Tennessee. With this program I have been able to accomplish a variety of activities such as marketing, prospecting, and lot searches. In Nashville, I am able to actually look at a tax map of the property to determine dimensions, and even topography.

I would highly recommend this program to anyone who has a need to get specifics on real estate. The yearly fees are minimal compared to the return on just one deal.
