Error: We are sorry, but your computer is not licensed
PROBLEM
When accessing CRS website you get the below error message
SOLUTION
Call CRS tech support at 1-800-374-7488 while the error message is on the screen.
Give them the CRS Client Computer Licensed code that is in brackets.
Tech support can verify the correct password and clear this error message.
CAUSE
The CRSid number originally associated with the password for this computer has changed.
Or someone has restored the same password on this computer to another computer.
Each password can only be used on one computer. They cannot be shared.
