Missing County Specification Information. Please Retry!

PROBLEM
After clicking on an icon for CRS you get the error "Missing County Specification Information. Please retry! - OR CONTACT CRS FOR MORE INFORMATION!"

SOLUTION
Delete the icon giving this error message. Open Internet Explorer then go to www.crsdata.net. Create a Desktop Icon from here.
1. Right click the bad icon and select Delete from the menu.
2. Click Yes to confirm deletion.
3. Double click the icon for Internet Explorer.
4. Click File then Open. In the Open window type www.crsdata.net and click OK.
5. Click the Desktop Icon link located at the top of the CRS Search Menu to install a new icon.
